Los Angeles, CA - August 3, 2006 - Antibody Films announced today its partnership with Providence Productions on the new independent feature film Pirate Camp.  This is the company's first green-lighted project since its entry into the film development and production industry in May 2006.

The joint co-production brings together Antibody's unique business model and Providence's extensive industry experience to deliver Pirate Camp.  The film, a raucous family adventure comedy, follows in the footsteps of the hugely successful Pirates of the Caribbean 2, and capitalizes on recent market trends, including such grassroots pirate-mania as "International Talk Like a Pirate Day" (September 19th).

Antibody Films co-founder Chris Aronoff notes that "We're barely underway and we've seen so much enthusiasm from people - including seasoned professionals - to come out and work below their standard rate to be on a pirate film.  It's really capturing the zeitgeist.  There are a lot of repressed pirates out there."

Antibody partner Jesse Lawler agrees, noting that "The desire to be involved with this picture has been overwhelming.  The timing is excellent, and we're fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a strong production partner like Providence.  This collaboration has already yielded extremely positive results, and I'm confident that this picture will reflect that effort."

Pirate Camp will be directed by Michael Kastenbaum, and produced by Providence Productions' Stephen Polk and Antibody Films' Chris Aronoff and Jesse Lawler.  The film's accelerated three-week shooting schedule is under contract with the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and begins in early September on location in the Florida Keys.  The film's release date has not yet been announced.
