PRESS RELEASE

Antibody Films Partners With AniWaves Studios to Produce Animated Children's Television Series
India-based AniWaves chooses Antibody as its first International Partner

Los Angeles, CA - April 8, 2009 - Antibody Films announced today its signing of a partnership agreement with Chennai, India-based AniWaves Studios for the co-production of a children's animated episodic series based upon Antibody's property, Max Wrigley & the Incredible Chewing Catastrophe, written by Jesse Lawler and Andrea Shreeman.

Under the terms of the partnership, Antibody will provide the episodic stories, scripts, character design, and handle the U.S. casting and musical composition, as well as marketing, while AniWaves handles the 3D character modeling, animation, and production of final deliverables.

The partnership marks a first foray for both companies into an international co-production.

Max Wrigley, which Antibody is also developing as a feature-length animated film, will follow the adventures of the eight-year-old title character after he is miniaturized by a magical magnifying glass and thrown into the world of his school science project, where he finds many of his inanimate chewing gum characters have come to life.  Max's journey back to the real world will force him to confront incredible obstacles and nefarious bad guys, as well on rely on his precocious knowledge of science.

"Max is a project I've been working on for years," says Antibody scribe Jesse Lawler.  "It's near and dear to my heart, and I'm thrilled to see the possibility of bringing it to audiences in a totally different format than I'd first envisioned.  Creating multiple new episodes and scenarios will let me interact with these characters all over again."

"Jesse and Andrea's characters are really challenging, and our animation team will have an excellent time bringing them to life, especially the octopus-like villain, Hangerin," says Deepthi Binu, Managing Director of AniWaves Studios.

The partnership between Antibody and AniWaves began developing in late 2008, when the Indian company was seeking material for animation at their studio and release into the international marketplace.  "We wanted a project that would propel us onto the international stage for animation," says AniWaves COO Praveen Kumar.  "With Max Wrigley, and the partnership with Antibody Films, we found not only a property, but an American partner who can ensure that our story will be pleasing to the vital U.S. market."

AniWaves and Antibody are now commencing active fundraising for the animated series, and anticipate preproduction beginning in September 2009, with completion of the first episode before the year's end.
